BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF SOUTH CENTRAL-TENNESSEE 2024-PRESENT

As Director of Marketing and Communications at the Boys & Girls Clubs of South Central Tennessee, I implemented comprehensive strategies that far exceed fundraising goals through multi-channel campaigns. I spearheaded a full website redesign—enhancing UX and ADA compliance, and creating event-focused landing pages—to strengthen brand visibility. Leveraging analytics, SEO, and dynamic multimedia content (including photography and video interviews with youth and staff), I boosted social media engagement by 20% in 4 months and saw growth in follower counts across five platforms. I also introduced a quarterly newsletter, developed compelling donor materials, and organized a 20+ year content archive to streamline marketing efforts. I managed the company’s website, including content updates and a full redesign to improve user experience.
